BonePage.com proudly supports The Trevor Project, an organization dedicated to suicide prevention among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning youth.  The Trevor Project provides life-saving and life-affirming services such as crisis intervention and suicide prevention, offering support through a free and confidential hotline, digital communities, and advocacy initiatives. 

The Trevor Project is a critical lifeline for the lesbian community, addressing the unique challenges faced by lesbian, bisexual, and bi-curious women. These women often encounter significant social stigma and discrimination, including family rejection, harassment, and societal prejudice, which can lead to heightened levels of anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. Research indicates that lesbian and bisexual women are at a higher risk for mental health issues due to these pervasive stressors​. 

The Trevor Project provides critical support through its 24/7 crisis intervention services, including a helpline, text, and chat support, offering immediate, affirming assistance to those in need. The organization also advocates for policy changes and public education to reduce stigma and promote acceptance, creating a safer and more supportive environment for lesbian women. By supporting The Trevor Project, we can help ensure that lesbian, bisexual, and bi-curious women have access to the care and affirmation necessary to thrive, promoting mental health and well-being within the lesbian community.
